We ship across the United States. Our fulfilment warehouse is based in Chicago, IL, so wherever you are in the country, we've got you covered.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 1–3 business days. Here's how that breaks down:
We typically fulfil and dispatch your order the same day or next business day. From there, delivery takes a further 1–2 business days depending on your location.
Are there any delays I should know about?
We'll always be upfront with you. Occasionally, things outside our control — severe weather, peak shipping seasons, or other unforeseen disruptions — can extend delivery times. If that's the case, we'll communicate it clearly. We don't hide behind the fine print.
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, every time. No minimums, no thresholds, no surprises at checkout. We believe getting your dog's order to you shouldn't cost extra — so it doesn't.
Are there any tariffs or import fees?
None. Ever. Our products are made in New Zealand and shipped in bulk to our Chicago warehouse before we fulfil your order. By the time it reaches you, it's a domestic shipment — what you see at checkout is what you pay. Full stop.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it the whole way.
