If you're not completely satisfied, return your product within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

How It Works

1. Contact us Visit the Contact us web page and get in touch through the website. Let us know your order details and we'll take it from there.

2. We send you a free returns label We'll email you a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you. Print it, attach it to your parcel, done.

3. Drop off your return Take your parcel to your nearest shipping location. That's your part finished.

4. Receive your full refund Once we receive your return, your refund is processed within 1–2 business days. Every cent, back to you.

When will the money appear in my account?

Most customers see their refund the same day it's processed, or within 1–2 days. Depending on your bank, it can occasionally take up to 5 business days — but this is the exception, not the rule.
